Buildings

 

Civilizations Public School is housed in two buildings constructed on a 3 acre lot. The Elementary School Building houses the Civi Preschool as well as the Elementary School which together comprise of classes up to grade 5. The building also houses the music room, the video room, the Elementary School library and a computer laboratory.

 

The Senior School Building houses classes from grade 6 to 10, as well as the Chemistry, Physics and Biology labs, a computer lab, an auditorium and management offices.

 

Sports Field

 

The campus has dedicated courts for basketball and volleyball besides a large sports field. The school intends to develop a hockey ground and a swimming pool on its campus.

 

Computing & Communication

 

Civilizations has developed a complete technology environment. This includes fully networked computer labs as well as computing facilities for teachers and management. A DSL connects the internal network to the internet.

 

Besides this website, the virtual environment includes a fully functional email and calendar system. Many of the staff at Civilizations are heavy users of these facilities and the school has continuously endeavoured to cater to the technology needs of the staff.
